About the Founder
Finding The Silver Lining
The name “With You Agency” embodies Silver Lining, which may be used as a metaphor for optimism in vernacular English. A negative occurrence may have, and almost always has, a positive aspect. The name reflects a simple yet powerful promise: you are not alone in the process. Building a brand, communicating your vision, or launching a project can feel overwhelming, but having the right creative partner changes everything. With You Agency exists to guide, support, and elevate brands with strategy, creativity, and intention – taking founders by the hand and helping them transform uncertainty into clarity, confidence, and growth.
How it all started: Hanaa Merouane is a Sorbonne Graduate in Political Science and Public Policy & Development and also holds a Master’s Degree in International Public Administration from one of the top Schools in Paris. Having traveled before she could even start walking, she is constantly amazed by her surroundings and finds beauty in every detail. The founder had set up everything to follow her dream of working in Public Affairs or International Civil Service, but life had other plans. She first moved on her own when she was barely 18 to study in Paris, a city that holds a special place in her heart and still amazes her to this day. Paris is a city where creativity lives on every corner, blending art, fashion, design, and culture. Hanaa started her professional experience in 2009 in one of Paris’s PR Agency where she assisted several Press Officers. She later briefly worked as a Junior Consultant in the United Nations (UNEP) in Paris and decided to completely change scenery and environment. The founder moved to Montreal in 2013, on her own again, as well but this time, creating a new path for creativity in her life. Hanaa worked in the vibrant city of Montreal in a marketing and digital strategy agency as a website content creator in both French and English. She created daily content for e-commerce brands and small businesses while coordinating with the design team.
Making another major move to a new country (the United Kingdom) but this time as a family, in 2019, the founder discovered a new way of seeing things through the lenses of living in a new environment. With You Agency LTD was created in 2020 in the UK until 2022 and became a new chapter that accelerated growth in many ways. She also found the time to start painting abstract art again and enjoy family life. The “silver lining” is the guiding thread, seeing beauty in everything and doing everything intentionally. This last experience led to pursuing the project and work of working as a Digital Marketing Consultant in France. With You Agency currently in France is the first stepping stone of many more projects and chapters in life, so stay tuned 😉
